Ye gods, the image thing *still* isn't working.
-_-*
Ah well.
Good day. Very good day. The morning was pretty much uneventful, except I got a little excited over the advertisement project in Speech class. It's going to be lots of fun; I can't wait! After lunch was the alleged talent show (hehe). The shrieking kid was annoying, especially since i was pretty much in the "front row," if you could call it that. Matt's piano piece was lovely, but I really think Dr. Middleton's guitar serenading was the Spectacular Spectacular of the afternoon. "Grandma's Feather Bed" was the best. And the cowboy had just topped it off. The best part of the day was that we did *nothing* in English but watch that awful movie based on "An Occurance at Owl Creek Bridge." I had a lot of fun making fun of it, but really, it was quite dreadful. Anna, her mom, and I had a heckuva time figuring out how to get to our Mock Trial coach's office. Our third trip around we saw some other team members going up some stairs, but we had to go all the way around the block to get to it. It's all good, though, we made it.
Tonight we have guests for dinner, so I've spent the last hour eating and talking, and the hour before that I was cooking. But, I found one of my old warm-up cds and i practiced with it while i was cooking. I haven't sung those songs for *many* months, and i was pleasantly surprised. My voice has changed a lot, but it seems my control and overall tone has improved a lot. So, i am pleased. ^_^
Now, am going to work on my Mock Trial stuff, and maybe finish one of my labs. Gods help me if I don't get enough sleep tonight, because I swear I'm going to burnt out soon. If i am a bear tomorrow, you will know why. I mean, really. I wish the sun would stop for *me.*
Oh, hey, that'd be neat..
Ah, the possibilities...
