Happy Birthday to Corky!!!

Anna was thoughtful enough to coordinate a surprise party for Corky dearest at school today~ Granted, her birthday isn't until Thursday, but if we'd had a meeting then she would have been suspicious. I got duck plates!! yay!!! And it took me an eon to find those things. It was more like, an assorted pack of random animals plates... but there were some ducks in the mix. Corky got a duck, at any rate. She almost found out about it, too~ We were talking about candles, and she looked at the one on Mrs. Southern's desk (and the cake and plates were stowed in plain sight underneath the desk).

Anna: "Courtney! *whine* You're not supposed to look!"
Courtney: (Confused) "What??"
Anna: Oh... nevermind...

And tomorrow we're going to the cadaver lab!!! How neat is THAT! For some reason, the lab peoples want us to dress kind of nicely. I wonder why, since I do believe we're going to be allowed to cut them up and such... and we'd end up messing up our nice clothes.

Friday is the beginning of spring break! Ten days out of school! Joy!

Ye gods and fishies, I'm tired and deliriously happy. (My mommy bought me some new tea today~ We're trying a new brand of green tea and some strange citrus tea my aunt shipped over for her. It looks like marmalade or something, but it tastes really yummy. Anyway, that explains my exuberance.)

Java isn't working. Mou.

In the meanwhile, did anyone watch the beginning of Kerry's speech?

Did anyone else notice the CNN IS BAD signs that were being waved around?
