After weeks of shameless neglect~

yes, yes, once again the prodigal blogger has returned. And the angels rejoice.

So~ to go in reverse chronological order, I have finally been to the movies (ala a movie theater) for the first time since coming to Colorado. There's so many movies I wanted to see in theaters... and now they're all coming out on DVD. Ah vell. Friday was well spent with Sarah, Molly, Rachel + friends and Phantom of the Opera~ *sigh* I love the soundtrack but I have to admit that Sarah and I are going to rent the dvd when it comes out and, sans Rachel ("... you guys are ruining the movie for me. Stop it.") will continue with poking and prodding at it with red-hot chopsticks, and just generally having a splendid time making fun of the aging prosthetics and the cinematography.

Most recent books: the (entire) Anita Blake and Merry Gentry series(es?), Angels and Demons, various manga and fanfics, and currently: Eats, Shoots and Leaves.

Randomly>>> before I forget, let me take this moment to extend an invitation to all my friends "down south": if you guys ever get the urge to break a few limbs by tumbling down a mountain with skiing gear in tow, feel free to drop by.
