Let it snow~

Let it be noted that I have never seen so much snow in my life. Peter and I had to dig my car out of the Yoon's driveway.

But it was fluffy snow~~~

Oddly, Boulder didn't get as much as Denver and Aurora. Usually on the drive back when there's been a weekend snowfall, its depth gets increasingly deeper the closer we get to Boulder. This time there was barely any snow to speak of. The roads were fine, and school was definitely not cancled. We were all very disappointed.

Thank goodness it wasn't too bad a blizzard, though. This weekend I had some car trouble, or rather, car mischief. On the drive down to AuroraThe engine light went on suddenly, which freaked me out, but there was no smoke, odd vibrations, or out of place sounds to speak of. The Hyundai guy I called said that it might just be a sensor problem, and to check the gas cap to make sure it was on securely. What's the use in putting in an engine light if most times the problem is discernable without the use of said light, and half the time the light is malfunctioning for no reason anyway?

Gah.

So~ I have a lot of homework to do. It's all my fault for letting it pile up, but I'm also going to put some blame on my alarm clocks here. I set -three- of them and I still woke up after a nice long -sleep- rather than a 2 hour nap. I know the batteries are fine, and the alarms work, so they must be intentionally jinxing me; that's the only explanation.

It doesn't help that I have just found fullmetal-alchemist.com, where I can read the manga for free~~ And there's also the books that I brought back with me from Louisiana.

Did I mention that last post?

Yeah, I crammed so many books into my suitcase that it ripped. The Books are all okay, but some of my clothes got drenched. (It was raining in Louisiana and Dallas.) It's all worth it though; I have some of the best books ever published put away safely on my new bookshelf~ And no, before anyone suggests that I could do without, I just couldn't. They're not -just- books, they'll never be -just- books.

Besides~ some of these are like childhood friends. ^_~

Ciao.
